VAHN may collect (i) personally identifiable information like name, mobile number, e-mail address, a real time image of your face etc.; (ii) personal information like Aadhaar number, PAN and (iii) sensitive personal information like (a) password, (b) financial information such as Bank accounts, debit or credit card, GSTIN of Business, Aadhar card details of Business partner, Permanent Account number of Business, a real time image of Business partner’s face,bank account details, Employee details, Truck details, etc and any other detail relating to the above as provided to VAHN for utilising the features on VAHN App/Website.
VAHN shall ask User to provide only such Personal Information which is for lawful purpose and necessary to be collected by VAHN for User to utilize the services.
Please note that any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as sensitive personal data or information for the purposes of the IT Rules.
2. Device Information
When User log in to the services via VAHN App/Website, VAHN may collect device-specific information such as your device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information. VAHN may associate User’s unique device identifier or phone number with information that User may have used to register for using our features. Server logs that are maintained by VAHN or its third-party service providers may contain information about the features that Users have used, and the device-specific information. VAHN may also maintain digital communication logs that track information like User’s phone number, calling-party number, forwarding numbers, time and date of calls, duration of calls, SMS routing information. VAHN may disclose the Personal Information to law enforcement authorities, regulators, governmental or public bodies and other relevant third parties to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements. VAHN may also disclose information about User if it is determined that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate. VAHN may also disclose information about User if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce VAHN’s terms and conditions or protect VAHN’s operations or users.
