What we

VAHN may collect the following categories of information:

- Sensitive personal information — password; financial information such as bank accounts, debit or credit card, GSTIN; Aadhaar and PAN of business partners; a real time image of business partner's face; bank account details; employee details; truck details
VAHN shall ask users to provide only such personal information which is for a lawful purpose and necessary to utilise the services. Information freely available in the public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 shall not be regarded as sensitive personal data for the purposes of the IT Rules.
Device &
technical data.
When you log in via VAHN App/Website, VAHN may collect device-specific information such as your device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information. VAHN may associate your unique device identifier or phone number with your registration information.
Server logs maintained by VAHN or its third-party service providers may contain information about features used and device-specific information. VAHN may also maintain digital communication logs that track phone numbers, calling-party numbers, forwarding numbers, time and date of calls, duration of calls, and SMS routing information. VAHN may use your device's IP address or MAC address to track device-event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, and the date and time of your request.
Collection
methods.
VAHN may use various tools to collect information about users, their computer access points, mobile devices, and web browsers. For example, "cookies" are text files placed on a user's computer or mobile device when visiting the VAHN Website. VAHN may use cookies to personalise interactions with the Platform.
Users do not have to accept the cookies and may set their browser to restrict their use and may delete them after they have been placed on their devices. If users do not accept or delete VAHN cookies, the App/Website may take more time to work or may not function properly.

However, in such an event VAHN reserves the right to refuse or limit user access and use of the VAHN App/Website. At times VAHN may use the services of independent companies to provide certain services to users, including website hosting and visitor surveys. VAHN may share personal information with internet service providers as appropriate under VAHN's business models. VAHN does not share personally identifiable information with non-related third parties without user consent, except to the extent necessary to utilise the features through VAHN App/Website.

User information collected by VAHN is stored on our systems in India. By providing information to VAHN, users consent to such storage. Certification: VAHN service providers are ISO/IEC 27001 certified. VAHN systematically evaluates information security risks, considering the impact of threats and vulnerabilities. Please note the transfer of data through the Internet or other open networks is never completely secure and there is a risk that personal data may be accessed by unauthorised third parties.
